TERMS OF USE
1. General conditions
1.1. The Zerandelle online store sells IceFeBerg OÜ's own products.
1.2. The Terms and Conditions apply to the legal relationships that arise between the customer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) and IceFeBerg OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Seller), the owner of the shopping environment (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) located at the internet address www.zerandelle.ee, in connection with the purchase of Products from the Online Store. 2. Prices
2.1. All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros and include VAT.
3. Products
3.1. The Products displayed in the e-shop are usually available in stock/in the seller's stores.
The availability of said Products is not guaranteed.
3.2. If the Customer places an order, but it turns out that the Seller does not have the Product in stock, the E-Store will not be able to fulfill the order. In this case, the order will be returned.
The customer will be refunded the full purchase amount immediately after the product is discovered to be missing.
3.3. The photos of the Products displayed in the online store are for illustrative purposes and may unintentionally differ slightly from the actual appearance of the Product.
4. Making a purchase
4.1. The Customer selects the desired Product in the E-Store and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.
4.2. To place an order, the Customer must go to the Shopping Cart page: in the shopping cart option in the menu bar, click on the "View shopping cart" or "pay" button, after which they will be redirected to

4.7. The Seller is not responsible for the impossibility of fulfilling the order due to incorrect data provided by the Customer or any consequences arising therefrom.
5. Payment methods
5.1. Orders can be paid securely using Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, LHV, Krediidipank) and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Pocopay).
5.2. Payment is made outside the e-shop environment.

7. Delivery
7.1. The Customer can choose between different methods of delivery of the Product.
The delivery of the product depends on the postal service chosen by the Customer.
7.2. By choosing the Itella SmartPOST parcel terminal as the delivery method, the

12. Terms of Use and their changes
12.1. By registering or making a purchase in the e-shop, the Customer agrees
